Feedback on my Examiner Articles

Here is some feedback that I have been getting on my Examiner articles:

Entry: 5 Top distractions that stop your online customers from buying
Posted/Updated: 07/19/2009 11:49 AM
Nick - Excellent information! Don't forget to add a video into your website which makes it more personal and increase sales (by 27% according to KGTV marketing)

Entry: Branding your business so it is personal
Posted/Updated: 07/18/2009 08:20 AM
Keith - I absolutely agree with you on this, I own a small business ProBest Pest Management here in Gilbert and it isn't always about killing things. I consider our company to be in the business of Public Health and I blog often of the role that customers and my company play on a daily basis. Mike Masterson is a professional and it shows. IPM or Integrated Pest Management is using all the tools available to stop pests from getting into our living or working places and yes you may have to use pesticide. Check out www.callprobest.com to see the things that each of us can do to prevent pests in our homes and communities. Our testimonials prove that customer service is important and its the perception of the customer that really matters.
